Pamper Yourself Spa Treatmetns at Home

An important part of living a balanced an fufilling life is to take good care of YOU. If time and money are not object, every city adn town has lots of spas that offer a huge variety of services to relieve stress and rejuvenate your spirit.
For even the busiest of women, on the tightest schedule, and even on a tight budget, there are lots of things you can do at home to have a spa like experience right in your own bathroom.
Clear any clutter from the room and set the stage ultimate at home experience.
Some of the items you will need are:
1. Essential oils – these come in lots of fragrances. Some are calming, relaxing etc. buy the ones that you love the aroma and put them in a diffuser to spread a relaxing fragrance.
2. Creams – treat yourself to some of the following: exfoliating creams to slough of dead skin and give smooth revitalized skin, moisturizing creams for the entire body
3. Manicure and Pedicure materials to pamper your hands and feet. This kit would include files, polish, and cream especially for hands and feet, loofahs and salt or sugar scrubs
4. Candles – using lots of candles in your bath room sets a relaxing stage. Choose candles in a fragrance you love.
5. Inflatable pillow for your bathtub
6. Bath salts and fancy bath soaps ( be sure you love the fragrance)
7. A plush towel and bath mat
8. Music to relax and sooth the soul
9. Fresh flowers to add beauty and ambiance
10. An eye mask (some have lavender or other scents
A trip to your local natural products store will offer all sorts of items to help you create a great spa at home! Put all the items you will use in one convenient spot and create the time to indulge yourself, YOU DESERVE IT!!
Pick a time when the house is empty, or tell the family you are NOT to be disturbed for at least 30 minutes to an hour.
Light your candles, fill the bath, put on the soft music and RELAX. Massage your temples and the back of your neck, take lots of deep, full breaths and concentrate just on breathing to stop your mind from worry or racing, and try stretching your arms legs and shoulders and neck.
When your hour is up you should feel like a new woman and you will want to schedule your next “spa” treatment on your calendar!
