When Life Hands You Lemons, Know how to Make Lemonade!

All of us are familiar with the amazing story of Alexandra Scott’s ambition to raise money to find a cure for cancer, and her now nationally famous “Alex’s Lemonade” stands.  Talk about the power of a vision and a goal, coupled with a huge “why”!!

Alex was diagnosed with cancer just days prior to her second birthday. She was terminally ill, undergoing all types of grueling treatments, in the hospital and doctor’s offices much of the time, and died at the age of 8 years old. To date, her vision has helped to raise over 1.5 MILLION dollars to find a cure for cancer so others do not have to suffer the same fate dealt to her.

Take a lesson from Alex and other young children who have had a goal at a young age and succeeded. They don’t wait until they know everything they will need to know eventually, they BELIEVE anything and everything is possible, and they just jump in and start!
